Spiritual Wellness refers to your understanding of your place and purpose, how you make meaning of what happens to you, and what your mind goes to for comfort or relief.


1.  Practice mindfulness and meditation.

2.  Look for deeper meaning in the things you do every day.

3.  Try to be present and live in the moment.

4.  Reflect about what is important to you or what you find valuable and why.
